Performance through improved fitness and focus  ​

We deliver a program that focuses on mind and body optimization. A fit and focused person is a productive person. Our yoga, meditation, and wellness programs are designed to provide these benefits to participants. ​
Who we are:
We bring a decade of experience in yoga, meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy, and wellness coaching and education. We will work with you to create a program specifically designed to meet your company’s goals and budget. Our offerings focus on stress management, developing emotional intelligence and improving sustained performance.  We want to strengthen your company culture by unlocking each individual’s potential. ​

What we offer: ​

On-Site Yoga
A 60 minute class of your choosing…

  • Beginner - This is a slower paced class that will help you learn the basic building blocks of yoga. Good for all fitness levels. 
 
  • Flow - This class utilizes faster paced movements with an emphasis on cardio, strengthening & stretching. 
 
  • Restorative - Slower movement emphasizing flexibility and relaxation in the body.

In all classes, students learn proper alignment and the health benefits of each yoga pose as we move through our practice.  Classes can be adjusted to fit and support all fitness levels. In general, students tend to feel a sense of strength, focus, and peacefulness after practicing yoga.




Meditation
Meditation is a scientifically proven way to release stress, focus your mind, increase productivity, and help you relax in our fast paced world. The theme of the meditation classes can be curated based on the needs or focus of your group:

A 30 or 60 minute class custom built from the following elements:

  • For Beginners - Get the foundation of why meditation works & how to take the first step in starting a practice.
 
  • Removing Blocks - Release what is stopping you from moving forward, wherever you are feeling stuck. 
 
  • Creating Balance - Learn how to balance your primal energy and create ease in your life.
 
  • Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Meditation - experience these three powerful modalities together. 
​Wellness Workshop
Workshops are a combination of teaching instruction, partner work and meditation to support the lesson. The workshops provide the space for leaders to find thoughtful time to reflect, introspection, and thoughtfulness that you normally don’t get during your day.

A 60 minute Wellness Workshop custom built from the following elements:

  • Goal Setting - How to unify both brain hemispheres and strategically set goals you can achieve.
 
  • Finding Your Inspiration - How to find your creativity and inspiration for problem solving. 
 
  • Reprogramming Mental Patterns - Reframing old mental habits and patterns.
 
  • Becoming Magnetic - How to attract success into your life. 
 
  • Optimizing Work/Life Balance - Discovery of where you can create boundaries and manage your time.
 
  • The Art of Active Listening - Learn how to really listen. Listen to understand, not react.
